Return Policy

Don’t frown if something isn’t what you expected, email or call us  (M-F 8 am - 4 pm MST) to get a return authorization number. Just have your order ID ready or included in your email. Let’s make all your adventures great.

Kelty accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund at the time of return only with a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.

• All returns must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
• All product must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included
• Kelty will only honor returns for orders placed on www.zedoutdoor.com
• Return turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
